Studio Care Agreement
Services Provided
This Agreement forms part of the contract between Rebecca Hobbs Studio (“the Studio”, “we”, “us”) and the Client (“you”, “your”) for the provision of ongoing studio support services known as Studio Care. Studio Care provides up to two (2) hours per calendar month of ongoing support for systems previously set up by the Studio, including your website, Dubsado, and Flodesk. Support may include updating images, galleries, and existing text, uploading blog posts or content supplied by you, uploading or updating products, promotions, or offers on your website, checking links, forms, and embedded content, minor layout adjustments, general website housekeeping, basic on-page SEO such as page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text, and support relating to Dubsado and/or Flodesk including forms, workflows, templates, and connected systems. Studio Care does not include new page builds, redesigns, branding, copywriting from scratch, advanced SEO strategy, marketing services, or development work beyond reasonable ongoing maintenance. Any work outside the scope of Studio Care will be quoted and billed separately.
Hours, Rollover & Monthly Requests
Studio Care includes up to two (2) hours per calendar month. Unused hours may be rolled over for a maximum of one (1) month only, after which any unused time will be disregarded. To allow time for planning and scheduling, you must notify the Studio of any specific tasks or requests for the following month by the 27th of the preceding month. For example, requests for work to be completed in February must be submitted by 27th January. If no specific requests are received by this date, the Studio will use the allocated time to carry out a general check of your website and connected systems. Any time required beyond the included allowance will be billed at a rate of £60 per hour and invoiced separately.
Pricing & Term
Studio Care is offered at an introductory rate of £75 per month, inclusive of VAT if applicable. This introductory rate is fixed for a period of twelve (12) months and is available to existing clients who sign up by 31st January 2026. Following the introductory period, Studio Care will continue at the Studio’s standard monthly rate, which will be communicated in advance.
Payment
Payment is collected via an automatic recurring monthly payment. By signing up to Studio Care, you authorise the Studio to collect payment on a recurring basis. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Cancellation
Following the initial twelve (12) month introductory period, either party may cancel Studio Care by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice. Services will continue, and payment will remain due, during the notice period. The Studio reserves the right to terminate Studio Care immediately in the event of non-payment or material breach of this Agreement.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide content, images, access details, and instructions in a timely manner and confirm that all materials supplied are owned by you or properly licensed. Delays caused by lack of information or response from you may affect delivery but do not affect payment obligations.
Availability & Response Times
The Studio’s working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm, excluding UK bank holidays. Response times may be up to forty-eight (48) working hours. These hours may vary during holiday periods, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
The Studio shall not be liable for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, software updates, or downtime outside of the Studio’s control, nor for any loss of business, profits, or data. The Studio’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.
Force Majeure
The Studio shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, technical outages, or natural disasters. Services will resume as soon as reasonably practicable.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptance
By completing checkout and making payment, you confirm your agreement to the terms of this Studio Care Agreement.
